Mizoram Police , Govt . of Mizoram operates Mizoram Safety App .This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the App.

We use your Personal Information only for providing and Sharing the same in case of Emergency. By using This App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Permissions Requested by this App during runtime:

1) Read_Contact : This Allows you to pick two contacts from your Contact to registered them as your “Emergency Contact”
2) Location : This allows you to pin-point your location when you are in Danger and allows to send your current location to the Nearest Police Station and to Your Emergency Contact
3) Send_SMS : This allows you to share information to the Police Station and Emergency Helpline in case of Emergency and also contact the Nearest Police Station via this Service.

Information Collection And Use

While using this App, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name (“Personal Information”).

We may use third party services such as Google Analytics/Firebase Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze your Personal Information

Communications

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with our Police Station

The Communications section is not for businesses but for an information on Emergency Case only that may contact users via sms or other methods.
