ORDER

In view of the prevailing situation concerning CoVID-19 in the country and globally and to put in place containment measures within the State, General Administration Department has issued an Office Memorandum on 22.03.2020.
                Therefore, in pursuance of the Office Memorandum issued and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me under Regulation No. 11 (I) of the “The Mizoram Epidemic Diseases (CoVID-19) Regulations, 2020”, all hostel owners within Aizawl District shall not close their hostels so as to ensure that the hostellers do not face unnecessary inconvenience during this critical time.
                                 In view of the urgency of the matter, this Order is being passed and it shall come into force immediatelv.
